About Marie

I ate healthy, I exercised, I had quality sleep……and over the years, my gut became bloated, my energy declined, other random symptoms started to occur.

I saw doctors. “Your’e fine”, I was told.

After my final pregnancy, my brain literally started “browning out” and my world started spinning internally and externally as my newborn screamed and my toddler coughed constantly.

Conventional medicine wasn’t helping us and qualtiy of life was gone. I couldn’t drive, I could barely work. Each day was an endless struggle just to care for myself and my kids.

With a swollen face from another night of lack of sleep being up with my coughing 4 year old, I found a functional medicine provider.

Finally we had answers.

Long story short, my kids and I had no idea about our gut health, that we carried genetics that caused gluten to literally rip us apart on the inside, that we were victims of mold illness and suffering from CIRS.

We learned the power of food. We learned why we needed a personalized approach to health.

Fast forward to today….my brain healed. My mind is sharp, my energy is high. My kids are healthy, happy and living full lives. In sharp contrast to a decade ago, I now own a supplement business and a functional nutrition practice. I got my Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. I completed the full Institute of Functional Medicine training. I also homeschool my two kids who are super active in sports and other extracurriculars.

I’m living my full life and fulfilling my purpose.

Functional medicine gave me a second chance. Now it’s time to pay it forward……and help you.

I believe that we are all unique and I take into account lifestyle, personality, current health, client goals, and functional lab results in order to help guide and direct my clients towards a higher quality of life.

Bottom line….I GET IT. Let’s get you feeling better. I’ve walked the path and I’m ready to help you.
